Right-wingers join the Estonian economic pact

The right-wing was represented at the meeting by Andrus Kaarelson, Tarmo Linnamägi, Tauno Õunapuu, Siim Kiisler and Tõnis Kons. The Confederation of Estonian Employers was represented at the meeting by Arto Aas, CEO, and Ivo Suursoo, Head of the Innovation Start-up Chamber.

The right-wing was the first party to join the "Ambition is a Choice" pact for governments and elections, initiated by the Estonian Employers' Confederation.

Siim Kiisler, Vice-Chairman of the Right Party: "We are at a moment when different parties have been invited to jointly agree on a strategy at the initiative of the Estonian Employers' Confederation. The right-wing parties have been saying since their founding that Estonia's priority must be to turn to economic growth, but the development of the economic environment can only be achieved through cooperation between all parties, which is why it is necessary for all other political parties to come on board with businesses and professional associations."
